Lucy Loves This Print Club London Artist

Lucy Loves This

Lucy worked as a book cover designer before setting up LucyLovesThis. Lucy hand draws typographic designs inspired by things she loves, and she really love type! It pervades her work and she’s more than a little obsessed by it! As a book cover designer Lucy was able to let that obsession flourish and when you look at her work you’ll see the majority of her prints use type in one way or other; whether to create a map or just focus on one letter.

The brand is best known for its London alphabet of the capital. These artworks are made up of intricate collections of illustrations, intertwined to create the first letter of particular areas of London. Brixton was the very first letter and it proved so popular that she expanded the range to a full alphabet. Most of the ideas for new areas are now crowd sourced from a blog set up due to increasing demand for new places.

Her products have been bought all over the world and are sold by high street retailers, London boutiques and online.

All products are made and printed in Britain.
