Neil van der Knutsen is a London-based graphic designer, illustrator, printmaker, art director and zine-maker whose practice moves freely between the commercial and the handmade. His screen prints bring a graphic designer’s precision to the hand-pulled process — typographic pieces that say exactly what they mean with good design sense, alongside more image-led work including a solar plate etching of Curtain Road street art and a six-colour watermelon with a glitter finish. He is a zine-maker as well as a printmaker, having published independently on subjects including Polish punk zines and graphic processes. His work is stocked at Print Club London and Atom Gallery.
