Benjamin Thomas Taylor creates artwork that opens up a sense of possibility within the viewer, like a child walking into a sweet shop. Growing up in the rural spaces of Snowdonia but spending much of his creative life in the city, Benjamin’s work is full of playful juxtapositions. Flat blocks of colour surround diagrams of numbers and lines, areas of text are embedded within landscapes and appropriated imagery is placed within original compositions. The end result is a kind of romantic Pop Art.
