The third ficus study in coloured pencil on 160gsm pastel paper. Ficus includes the rubber plant, the weeping fig, the fiddle-leaf fig and many others, each with its own leaf form and growth habit, giving the series genuine variety of subjects despite sharing a genus. Clare Halifax's original drawing series allows collectors who want her direct observational work to engage with that strand of her practice. Original, one-of-a-kind, signed. £350.
