Mother Nature is one-of-a-kind: a piece made through Rose Stallard’s characteristic method of combining photographic halftone layers with hand-painted backgrounds and hand-finished elements, each step adding a different register of mark. Rose Stallard is the co-founder and Creative Director of Print Club London. She studied at Norwich School of Art and Design, graduating with a BA in Printmaking and an MA in Fine Art. Her practice mixes her own drawings with found images, injecting a fanzine-like quality and enthusiasm informed by music, popular culture and counter-culture. Clients include The Guardian, Fiction Records, Laurence King, Warner Brothers and Samsung.. The Gregson x Stallard show was a collaboration with Maxine Gregson at Print Club.
