The Summer Ball Games // Neil Carter - Print Club London

The Summer Ball Games // Neil Carter

4th – 12th July 2024

10 – 28 Millers Avenue, London E8 2DS

Opening night: 4th July, 6 – 9pm

Neil Carter’s work is original, innovative and boundary pushing, often incorporating multiple creative disciplines to achieve the final result.

After years spent working in some of the world’s top multi-disciplinary creative agencies and broadcast corporations Neil expanded his personal practice to include filmmaking, photography and the latest 3D print technologies.

Carter’s on-going multi-series of prints fall under an umbrella theme of ‘sport’. He has interpreted it in a way not seen before; subverting the vocabularies, dissecting the equipment, incorporating the textures and terranes abstractly depicting movement, poses and posture.

A life-long sportsman himself, the phrase a ‘healthy body, healthy mind’ resonates throughout his work, often physically demanding in its production, the end works are both aesthetically and cerebrally challenging.

His first solo show “The Summer Ball Games” is taking place in Print Club London this summer to coincide with the Euros and the Olympics and his sculptural work has been exhibited in the Royal Academy Summer Show.

Exhibition open 4th – 12th July 2024.

After opening night viewings are by appointment only, Monday – Friday.
