A study in perception and stillness, Layered Paused unveils a subtle optical illusion through repeated, opaque layers of tinted coral, blue, and green. Each layer echoes the next, forming a rhythm of linear movement that gently resolves into stillness, a suspended moment of motion held in quiet balance.
Developed as part of the 2025 'Layered Paused' Triptych Collection, featuring Pistachio Green, Coral, and Pale Yellow, this limited edition is printed on GF Smith Colourplan Pistachio 270gsm paper. The paper’s refined, tactile surface enhances the interplay between depth and opacity, while subtle shifts in tone and density reveal themselves as light moves across the work.
Designed to stand alone or be displayed as part of the series. Each print is individually signed and numbered by the artist, from a limited edition of 20.
Bespoke framed in oak frame. Please contact the gallery directly to see images of the work framed.
