Radka Tomaschek Škodová is a Czech Republic–based artist known for her emotive and poetic approach to contemporary oil painting. Her richly expressive work reveals a deep sensitivity to texture, color, and narrative, often blurring the boundaries between the real and the imagined.

In her recent residency at our Hackney-based studios, Radka immersed herself in the art of screen printing, exploring new ways to translate the depth and nuance of her oil paintings into a different medium. Over the course of a month, she developed a series of intricately layered, limited edition screen prints that retain the emotional intensity of her original works while showcasing a new dimension of craftsmanship and experimentation.
