Nadja studied architecture at UdK Berlin and textile design at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy, Amsterdam. In Amsterdam she specialized in screen-printing. Her work with printed textiles ranges from installations to interior decoration. Inspired by early minimalism her work is most recognizable for its clean lines and bold colors. Having come of age as an artist in Berlin in the 90s when the city was a vast playground for creatives Nadja has a passion for street art. She loves the works of Swoon, Brad Downey, Obey and Banksy who all experimented at some point in the vast and unregulated public spaces Berlin had to offer in the 90s and early 2000s. Today she lives and works in Hackney, London.
