Screen Exposure Services

We offer a professional screen exposure service to turn your artwork into a durable stencil, ready for screen printing. Here’s how it works:

Give us a heads up if you need a quick turn around and we’ll do our best to accommodate this.

We use PVC-free PosiPrint Inkjet Screen Film for positives, which ensures crisp, accurate results. The black areas of your film represent the parts that will print when ink is applied.

*Please note that silk screens are not included. You must also add a POSITIVE of your artwork to the shopping basket or deliver your artwork to us to be exposed.

Positives 

We offer a high-quality positive printing service to help you prepare your artwork for screen exposure. Positives are printed using high-density black ink on PVC-free PosiPrint Inkjet Screen Film — ideal for clean, detailed exposures.

Artwork Guidelines:

Ensure your image is fully black, correctly sized, and set to at least 300dpi, TIFF or PDFS are best.

You can save money by placing multiple designs or layers in one file (max print size: 60cm x 84cm / A1).

Please include your image size in your email.

How to Order: Once purchased, email your final design to: [email protected] (For large files, use WeTransfer)

Quick Turnaround: Orders placed by 11am are usually printed the same day, and you’ll receive an email when your positive is ready for collection.

Our in-house printing service, Tuck Shop, specialises in screen printing onto paper for artists, galleries, and brands. We produce high-quality art prints and limited editions using professional equipment and techniques.
