Rosie Harbottle // Print Club London

We are delighted to introduce you to the colours and textures of Devon-based artist Rosie Harbottle. We have admired Rosie’s work for a long time, and loved having her in the studios this summer. Predominantly known for her paintings and pastel drawings, Rosie spent her month in residence experimenting with screenprinting techniques and we adore the final results! Her bold mark making and rich colour palette is enhanced by patterns hand-finished in pastel.

Rosie Harbottle is an artist and illustrator creating on the edge of Dartmoor, Devon. Over the years her art has taken her to explore different parts of the world including Morocco where a lot of her inspiration stems from. Mixed with a deep appreciation for the area which she is now based and an upbringing rooted in nature and folk music, Rosie uses a combination of rich colours, mark making and brush strokes to create joyful pieces that explore how it feels to surround yourself with the natural world and the deep happiness that can bring.
