Blisters is back for its fifth edition!!!

The studio now is crazy busy printing the completely new and original 1600 screen prints for the show! There will be 40 exhibiting artists, each with an edition of 40 signed screen printed posters selling for £40 a pop.

Our weekend of music and the music-inspired artwork starts on Friday night in MC Motors, the 6000 square ft events venue adjacent to our studios in Dalston.

We will present a selection of 40 handpicked artists including prolific designers whose work has graced the album covers of The Chemical Brothers to The Sex Pistols and Ziggy Stardust.

Join us to see work from the likes of Fred Deakin, Kate Gibb, Stanley Donwood, Jamie Reid, Terry Pastor, amongst many more, and enjoy the stellar line-up of absolute icons that will adorn the walls!

On the opening night, we will welcome you to rock up and grab a cocktail at Ruby’s bar and savour London’s best burgers at the Lucky Chip Van!!!

For this big occasion, Fiction Records will treat us with a special gig of ‘Meanwhile’ one of the latest additions to the label’s already impressive roster.

GF Smith Collaborated with branding agency Made Thought and filmmaker Ben Stevenson to create an explosive and atmospheric short film – Bright Red – to offer a window into the Colorplan creation process, which they will showcase in a series of screenings during Blisters.
