  • Delivery & Returns

    Returns for items in perfect condition can be made within 30 days of your initial order. If you wish to make a return you must inform us in writing within 30 days of making your order. When making a return you must send the item using a fully tracked delivery service and appropriate insurance as we will not be held responsible for items missing or damaged on their return journey. Please note, we cannot accept returns unless you have kept the original packaging and are able to repackage the item securely using this.

    You will be given the option of an exchange or we will refund your payment minus postage. We aim to reimburse you within 14 working days. Items made to order are not subject to returns. For example, any artwork printed to order will be non-returnable. Due to monitor settings colours may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen. However if large variations occur we will advise before shipment.

    Damaged items must be notified with 72 hours of receiving the artwork. After this point we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

    Please note framed items are non-refundable. We offer a discretionary 2 months on framed artwork warranty.

    If you return a print you will be refunded the value of your order, minus the original shipping charge paid. 

    If you exchange a print you will be charged shipping for the second order. 

    If your print arrives damaged and you need to return it then please advise us first and then send it back via 2nd class signed for. The maximum we will cover for return shipment is £4.00 for 2nd class signed for UK and £20 for international.

    Please note these terms and conditions refer to the Online Shop only.

    If you order a print for collection but fail to collect we can hold the print for 6 months after which time it will be returned to the artist and no refund will be given. Any artwork not collected within 30 days of the initial order is not eligible for a refund.

    If you want to return a print after 30 days it is the galleries discretion to refund or offer a credit note. We do not offer refund on all extended returns.

    Gift vouchers are eligible for refund within 30 days of placing the order, to the original cardholder only. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, and can only be redeemed against purchases or workshop bookings from printclublondon.com.

     

    If you’re not happy with your artwork, simply return it to us within 30 days of delivery.

    Framed Prints are non – refundable.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Elizabeth Power

Bursting with colour and energy, Elizabeth Power’s paintings exude a warmth and vibrancy. Based in Hastings, UK, Power’s work has a colour palette rich in coral pinks, forest greens and cool blues. Drawing inspiration from Colourists such as Matisse, Hockney and Tal R, Power’s loose and free abstraction takes this to the next level.

Power has been featured by the likes of British Vogue, The Royal Academy of Arts, Heals, The London Design Festival, Itsu, Artsy, Delphian Gallery, Art For Charity Collective and The Other Art Fair. In 2020 she exhibited with Heals as part of the London Design Festival, was a winner of the Contemporary Art Collectors open call, and exhibited in a group exhibition at Hancock Gallery entitled ‘Between Distance and Desire’, among artists such as Billy Childish and Mark Demsteader.

She also exhibited in the online exhibitions Curated for Covid and Anti-Freeze. Elizabeth exhibited in the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition 2018, with her work being selected by the RA for use on posters and gift cards. She was selected by Delphian Gallery to be featured in their highly acclaimed 2019 open call exhibition and was also the winner of the Flat Space Art Gallery open call 2019. Power co-hosts The Artfully Podcast (rated in GQ’s top 50 podcasts for 2021), which covers news stories, gossip, and revisiting art history you thought you knew, or always wished you did.
