We Are Hiring // Gallery MANAGER

 

We are looking for a Gallery Manager to join our friendly team at Print Club. Working alongside our Directors and a small team you will be integral in supporting and managing our team and artwork sales. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work across multiple projects in a fun and thriving studios is essential.

The role is sales focused and customer facing, you must have excellent customer service skills and be confident in managing your own workflow. The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent admin skills.


Responsibilities include:

Day-to-day management and running of gallery and sales. This is a sales-focused gallery role.

Coordinate and curate gallery artworks with our resident artists. Managing our online platform. This will involve photographing work and inputting data into our online platform WordPress.

You will need to skilled at using computer software including: Apple Software, Microsoft, Excel, WordPress and general strong computing skills.

Liaise with artists regarding new art works, deliveries, framing.

Work with Directors as part of a sales team to develop new and existing client relationships and strategies for sales/exhibitions.

Polite & efficient communication skills essential in dealing with customers.

Work with our accounts team on sales data and reporting.

Assist Directors in writing exhibition press releases, updating exhibition listings and content for our website.

Organise UK and EU transport of artwork.

Able to assist with online advertising and knowledge of Google and Meta advertising.

Prepare invoices for our corporate clients.

ESSENTIAL:

3 years minimum experience in a gallery environment & an active interest / knowledge of art.
