Artist based in London. I have a long-standing obsession with architecture, interiors and design objects. I am interested in non-functional structures; my drawings take existing architectural forms with the addition of fictional and playful elements. I collect visual material from an interior and design magazines combined with my personal photography; the spaces I imagine become an amalgamation of different architectural styles, drawing much inspiration from postmodernism, brutalism, and ancient architecture.

Stephen Smith’s work spans illustration, installation, motion and publishing. He has lectured, taught workshops, researched and exhibited in the UK, the Netherlands, South Korea, Russia and West Coast USA.
“Expo is a new series of screen prints that i have been working on for Print Club in 4 and 5 colours. They are essentially the result of a long process of reducing form through drawing. Often reworking the same drawing multiple times, in so doing creating new compositions. They have been released as pair as much of this new work has been made to work sequentially so that one motif links to another. The starting point has been exploring the colour and energy of mid century era world fairs.”

A graduate of the Cambridge School of Art, Aleesha’s work manages to capture the spirit of several cultural phenomena, be they from home or abroad, and also manages to spark fun and life into objects that are otherwise considered mundane. She has been printing with Print Club since March 2016, following a period of Illustrating for Noodoll. She continues to create works for companies on a freelance basis, and her work has also been featured in recent editions of OFFLIFE and Little White Lies magazines.
