World’s largest cyanotype!!!

Printclubber Rosie Emerson is one of our fine artists who creates very unique screenprinted pieces using finishes in charcoal, gold dust or very fine sawdust. Our technician, Ben Rider, taught her how to produce cyanotypesand she’s really expressed her personal style with the technique. She had a solo show earlier this year at Hang-Up gallery for her cyanotypes portrait series Sirens and it was an absolute success!

Rosie and Ben broke a World Record on Sunday! She created the world’s largest cyanotype at 46.81 square metres as part of Hackney WickED Arts Festival with the help of our technician. The image took just three minutes to expose in the sun after Rosie arranged an array of models and props on a light-sensitive canvas.
