WE’RE HIRING // GALLERY SALES CO-ORDINATOR
We are looking for a gallery sales co-ordinator to join our friendly team at Print Club.
Working alongside our directors and a small team you will be integral in supporting our managers and sales of artwork. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work across multiple projects in a fun and thriving studios is essential.
ABOUT THE ROLE – GALLERY SALES CO-ORDINATOR:
The role is sales-focused and customer-facing, you must have excellent customer service skills and be confident in managing your own workflow.
You will need to be highly skilled at using computer software predominately Excel and Photoshop.
You will liaise with artists regarding new art works, deliveries, and framing.
Work with Directors as part of a sales team to develop new and existing client relationships and strategies for sales.
Work confidently with our accounts team on sales data and reporting. You must be capable of managing budgets, datasheets and highly organised with figures.
Able to write exhibition press releases, updating exhibition listings and content for our website.
Organise UK and EU transport of artwork
Able to assist with online advertising and basic knowledge of google ads and META would be helpful but not essential.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree Level or above in the arts.
3 years minimum experience in a gallery environment
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours of work 9-6pm Monday – Friday
