THE ROLE:  E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT

1.General

  • Dealing with suppliers that relate to the gallery and online sales.
  • Packaging and dispatching orders
  • Dealing with all aspects of our online sales
  • Stock checking & liaising with artists.
  • Work on developing the customer journey, website usability and our customer experience.
  • Ensuring gallery and sales area is kept tidy and organized.
  1. 2.Financial
  • You must be highly efficient in dealing with accounts paperwork relating to sales.
  • You will be working closely with our financial director and will be expected to present use excel to record data and keep track of sales.
  • You must be incredibly organized in doing so and able to oversee others who may assist you in dealing with paperwork.

3.Ideal Candidate:

  • Advance knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Ability to put systems in place and keep an extremely organized workspace is key to the role.
  • Be a hands-on person who is very delivery driven and goes the extra mile to get things done.
  • Have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multi-task across projects.
  • Passion for the internet and online retail

This role is a customer facing role, you will be dealing with our members and the general public on a daily basis so we require a happy friendly confident individual. Organization is key to this role! The ability to manage your time and your paperwork is essential.  As a company we curate projects collectively and you will be actively involved in all aspects of what we do here.

Position is full time 9-6pm Monday – Friday.

 

THE ROLE: BOOK-KEEPER

Experience in accounting and e-commerce sales required. 

We are looking for a book keeper 1-2 days.  Working alongside our director and financial controller.
