Part of a new series of soft pastel drawings.

Joyful and gestural, these pieces are little odes to some of the things we hold dearest. An appreciation of family, nature and simple pleasures in uncertain times.

Fuelled by flowers spotted on daily walks and pockets of nature in unlikely places, childhood nostalgia and snippets borrowed from phone calls with loved ones.

Soft pastel on 285gsm Deckled Ivory Fabriano paper. These soft pastel pieces are delicate and the protective glassine paper should be kept on until framing. Artwork should be framed with a clearance between pastel and glass and to be stored flat Recommended to be float framed.
This is a pastel work and the very nature of pastel is that it can easily smudge. We photograph the work when it leaves our gallery to ensure its in perfect condition when it arrives with you. Any smudges caused by removal from tube are not our responsibility. To avoid smudging pastel please leave paper over artwork until it can be framed under glass. We suggest your framer removes the artwork.
